The last few days, were total chaos, preparing for Super Storm Sandy. The storm has come and is slowly ebbing away, and we who have been affected by it, are scrambling in recovery mode. Mother Nature has once again, let us know who the boss is.
I came across a quotation, that sums up the last few days for me and I’m sure for other, too, “You never know how strong you are… until being strong is the only choice you have”. – Cayla Mills
Storms test us and our nature and they always leave me a bit wiser.
Hoping that all my friends and family have weathered the storm, safely, sending you all hugs and love!

The other quote I often remember is "God never gives us more than we can handle" — though sometimes I think God overestimates what I can actually handle. Until whatever it is is over, and then I figure I must've been able to handle it after all. My eye is really drawn to the leaves and the pattern in her hair. It feels like a meditation if that makes any sense to you. Wishing everyone in the path of the storm safety and electricity!

Thanks so much Linda, I do know what you mean by it feels like a meditation. 🙂 Funny, you mentioned that quote about God not sending you more than you can handle. I've always thought the same thing, and I still do! I don't know if I handle as much as God gives. Sometimes, I you need more than just surviving it. Anyhow, that's been my experience with God's estimation. 🙂

That's a lovely quote. I hope I'll always be strong enough.
Beautiful autumn colors, and the mandala in her hair is just wonderful! I'm so glad you came through the storm okay. I also love your term "Possibilitarian." Every time I read a declaration of courage and determination from you, I feel a renewed sense of courage too. I'm looking forward to seeing how you incorporate all your learned in your new works!
