PRINT RETURNS
I only give art print refunds on unopened art prints (they come in a sealed protective plastic sleeve). No unauthorized reproduction, scanning, copying, digitizing, etc, is allowed by law. Thank you for protecting the integrity of my art!
The purchase must be in its original condition and resellable (unless damaged during the original shipment or I made an error in the shipment). The Buyer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs to return item.
Please take a moment and be kind enough to extend an opportunity for fixing any problems before leaving feedback, because it’s impossible to rectify and resolve the issue if I’m unaware one exists. Your satisfaction is important me, so contact me as soon as possible so we can work together towards a resolution.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations on orders paid (and that are cancelled before they have shipped) are subject to a restocking fee to cover fees lost on the transaction (ie. PayPal fees). The amount of fee retained will be determined by the transaction cancelled.
Payment
I accept PayPal (all major credit cards). You don’t need a PayPal account to purchase. I also accept checks and money orders drawn from U.S. banks. I apologize, I do not accept international checks or money orders at this time.
PENNSYLVANIA ORDERS
Please note that orders shipped to addresses in PA will require 6% sales tax which is automatically included at the time payment is made.
Shipping
I pack art prints and art cards in flat protective packaging. All shipping is through the USPS unless otherwise stated or arranged.
I always ship to the address on your order unless you indicate otherwise.
If you would like a packing slip/receipt with your order, please indicate so in the “Order notes” box at checkout.
Shipping Notifications are sent by email to your PayPal email address the day I ship your order.

The card/print may not be photographed, sketched, painted, or reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the express, written consent of Indigene Theresa Gaskin (this means any literal infringement or photographing to create a new work from mine is illegal.)
