All of the details...
Spider Woman is an important deities of traditional Navajo religion. Spider Woman taught the people, the arts of weaving and agriculture and appears in many legends and folktales to “save the day,” protect the innocent, and restore harmony to the world. This is my visual representation of this deity.
This is an 8″ x 10″ (on 8.5 x 11 inch paper) print of my original painting. This print is matted and ready to be framed. The original piece is a 24″ x 18″ mixed media painting on rag cotton illustration board.
