CANNED – IF

July 25, 2008

I thought of so many variations on this prompt and decided to go with my first thought; which is my version of “can“.

I thought of can-can dancer, but I wanted them to be elegant, so here’s my concept…cans as ballet dancers.

The words that’s playing in my mind are from the song by the Pointer Sisters…“I know you can make it, I know that you can. I know darn well, if you can, can, if you can“!

So here’s to can make it, every day, in every way!
Happy Weekend!

thanks for the chuckle. remembering that song “oh can you do the can-can”; recalling days that the richest girls wore the most can cans under their dresses (we are talking the 50’s here). They had to be washed in sugar water to make them stand out further
