“I work in a variety of styles that vary between naïve, expressionist, abstract, narrative and symbolic, allowing for multiple interpretations by the viewer. I love working in any style that suits the subject, but my unique stylized way of art making comes through in every piece.

Art for me is an obsession and preoccupation of an idea for an image that becomes so strong that I am only freed from it by completing the actual work. When it is in its final form then I can breathe again, feeling that I have revealed my subject, or an aspect of them, in an honest approach. I am also aware that I have once again exposed a little more of myself.”
